Description
The original Panda Toddler Memory Foam Bamboo Pillow provides the perfect combination of support from the 3rd generation memory foam and softness from the bamboo fibre cover. The contour curve design in the centre of the bamboo pillow is proven to help reduce the pressure on the back of your baby’s head (cranium) reducing the risk of flat head syndrome. The pressure-sensitive foam moulds easily to the head shape returning to its original shape once pressure is removed, ensuring perfect head and spine alignment throughout the night.
Health professionals don’t recommend pillows for children under the age of 12 months old. That’s why our suggested age range starts at 12+ months.

Why Bamboo?
Bamboo is one of the most eco-friendly materials available, one of the key reasons being that it is a naturally renewable resource. It is also the world’s fastest-growing plant, which has been found to grow at up to 91 cm (35 in) per day or at a rate of 0.00003 km/h (0.00002 mph) which is 3 feet per day! There is also no need to use any fertilisers, pesticides, or herbicides to help the plant thrive.
Unlike hardwood trees, bamboo absorbs carbon dioxide and releases an astonishing 35% more oxygen into the atmosphere.

Returns & Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@justthinkeco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
