ADJUST TO YOUR COMFORT: turn the dial on our adjustable retention system to get a secure, snug one-size fit on heads from size 21-1/4” to 24” (54cm to 61cm). Keep comfortable with a lightweight, water-resistant design with 22 vents for airflow ventilation.

Quality is very important for us at Lumos. Therefore we guarantee that an item purchased from Lumos is in good condition and continues to work as expected under normal use, within the first year of your purchase. If you would experience a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship Lumos warrants your product for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, and we will repair or replace it. You will only have to cover the shipment fees to return your product to us. We ask you to return your product, so we can inspect it and repair if possible. It also gives us the chance to improve our products.
For authorized Lumos retailer purchases (except Apple Stores), we recommend returning directly to the retailer for assistance. If they are unable to help, please contact us at email@example.com. For unauthorized distributors such as eBay or other online marketplaces, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer any support on these products.
Furthermore we discourage buying helmets second hand, as degradation of material or impact on the foam which may not be apparent, can compromise the protective quality of the helmet.

The standard warranty period starts from date of purchase and requires proof of purchase.
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of a product, and cannot be transferred to another person upon the sale, lease, or transfer of the product.
Any replacement or product can only be provided within the country of purchase.
Battery life related issues are excluded from our warranty, as the actual battery life may vary and depends on numerous factors, including the usage and configuration of the product.

Returns & Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
