There is a lot of fabric in export houses and factories that is leftover after cutting. The fabric is then either sent to the landfill or burnt off.
We have designed these beautiful cotton masks from these off-cuts so not only can you avoid single use plastic masks but also help reduce waste.
The masks are double layered- 1 x Top cotton fabric + 1 x soft cotton voile lining
They are reusable and suitable for washing.
Solid colours available- Black, Navy Blue, Chocolate Brown, Cream and Light Blue.
Patterns available- Florals, Ditsy prints and Stripes
You will receive a mask of our choice from a selection of patterns available. As the masks are made with off-cuts and left over fabrics, availability of a specific design or colour is subjective. Please leave a note in the box if you have a preference and we will try to do our best in getting you your preferred one.
Please do keep an eye on the changing government guidance. Our face masks are not medical masks.
Due to the nature of the product we cannot accept any returns. However, if your order is faulty or damaged we will be happy to help!

Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@justthinkeco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
