Are reusable coffee cups good for the environment?
According to a report from the UK government, disposable coffee cups are made from paper and lined with plastic, which makes them waterproof. This plastic lining cannot be removed by most recycling facilities.
Once the cup is used, the paper part is then usually contaminated by the cup’s contents. There is no UK or European market for contaminated paper food packaging.
If that wasn’t enough, 2.5 billion coffee cups are used and thrown away each year in the UK - enough to stretch around the world roughly five and a half times - but less than 1 in 400 - just 0.25% - are recycled.

How do you clean a reusable coffee cup?
Reusable coffee cups are super easy to clean. If you have a dishwasher, throw it in the next load on the top shelf, or simply hand wash it in the sink.
For a deeper clean, fill your mug with a tablespoon of distilled white vinegar and warm water, let it sit for around 15 minutes, then rinse it out.

Returns & Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
