All of our candles are eco-friendly, ethically sourced and vegan friendly. They are hand poured and use organic soya wax infused with essential oils. No artificial colour or scent!
All our coconut shells used for the candles are repurposed and reclaimed from being sent to the landfill.
Comes packaged in an organic cotton drawstring presentation bag.

Story behind our Coconut products:
The coconut shells used for your candles come from the Bên Tre region in Vietnam, famed for their quality coconuts.
For many past years the local farmers would make a living by selling coconut products like coconut oil and coconut milk. After removing the meat from the coconut, the shells along with the trees were seen as waste and burned.
By using our coconut products you are not only helping provide these farmers with a secondary income but also helping prevent trees and shells being needlessly burned or thrown away.
Once the coconut shells have been harvested, they are hand carved by local craftsmen to create these beautiful eco friendly candles.
Please note: As the candles are made with 100% natural coconut shells they might differ slightly in shape, size and colour.

Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@justthinkeco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
