Our enamel camping mug is perfect for travelling and reducing waste on the go. Whilst it is great for when you are out and about exploring the wilderness it is also ideal as part of any zero waste travel kit. You can use it for tea, coffee, soup, stew, juice or water.
An enamel camping mug is the perfect sustainable alternative to plastic cups and they are sturdy enough to stand up to regular travel too. So you can still have a robust travel mug without the need for plastic.
PLANT A TREE
Every Tree Mug pays for a tree to be planted in Australia to help restore the natural environment ravaged by wildfires in late 2019 and early 2020. We support reforestation projects because tree planting can make a huge contribution to tackling climate change. They absorb greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide, purify the air of pollutants as well as helping to lower temperatures and conserve water. Tree planting is also a really easy and cheap way to tackle climate change.
SUSTAINABLE PRINTING
Every Tree Mug is printed to order specially for you. This means they take a little longer for delivery but allows us to reduce waste from surplus stock. Please allow 3 to 5 days for production of your enamel camping mug when you order.
Our printing inks are water-based and certified to confirm they contain no hazardous or environmentally damaging chemicals. Another commitment we have made to creating a premium and sustainable product for you.
LOOKING AFTER YOUR ENAMEL CAMPING MUG
We recommend hand washing your Tree Mug and it also shouldn't be used in the microwave. If looked after correctly your Tree Mug will last for years.

Returns & Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@justthinkeco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
