“Our sustainable and ethical products are made of long lasting qualities that are either a blend of 60% recycled organic cotton + 40% polyester from recycled PET bottles, or a 100% organic cotton, depending on global availability and specific products. They’re both Fair Wear certified meaning the products’ prices include a surcharge that goes back to the people manufacturing them. They’re vegan, free from nasty chemicals and animal or human-testing. Furthermore we also use 100% renewable energy in our office.
Our water-based NeoPigment™ inks are absolutely free of heavy metals, formaldehyde and Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APE), making them non-hazardous, non-toxic and biodegradable. As part of our Supplier’s waterless printing system, our biodegradable ink and energy saving process makes boki an eco-friendly choice. The eco-friendly water based inks offer unrivalled colour fastness, high elasticity and non-cracking attributes.”

Packaging and Shipping
UK £3.99 - Production takes 3 – 5 working days, in busy periods (eg. Christmas) production can go up to 5 – 7 working days.
EU £8.90 - We also ship to Europe using Royal Mail International Tracked®. Please note Europe delivery takes normally 7 days.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
